ALS designs and assembles custom auto lube kits for your specific application. Whatever you are looking to lube, we can design a system for it.

Turnaround is often only a couple of days.

STEP BY STEP HOW IT WORKS.

Step 1: INFO. Tell us about your project. Any info helps: pictures, lube intervals, current grease consumption, an OEM maintenance or lube sheet and any other relevant information you might be able to provide helps us in designing your system.

• Email it to or if you prefer to talk with someone, call us at 844-582-3797.

Step 2: DESIGN. Next step is to design your system.  Together we can select pump and distribution block location for the overall layout and design. Each grease point will receive its specific amount of required grease. All custom tailored to your specific application. 

Step 3: QUOTE AND APPROVAL. After putting together a required component list, we send the quote over for your approval. 

Step 4: BUILD AND SHIP. All of ALS's systems are bench tested before they leave our shop. We build the pump assembly, custom distribution blocks, test those components, and then bag and box up every component and ship it to you. Again, turnaround is often only a couple days.
